As the two hosts got up from their seats, they couldn’t resist a few good-natured jokes. They playfully mentioned how their shoes might have added a few extra pounds. With a mix of excitement and nervousness, Hoda, 55, and Jenna, 37, made their way over to the scale. Jenna joked, “I haven’t done this in a long time. But don’t worry, it’ll be fine.”

Hoping for different numbers, they were met with nearly identical results. Jenna joked, “This is why I don’t weigh myself,” and Hoda quickly agreed, “I don’t weigh myself either.”
Reflecting on how they felt about the numbers, Hoda confessed she felt like she weighed “158,” while Jenna joked that she felt like a “whole 171.” Jenna even quipped, “I think I weigh twice as much as my sister [Barbara Pierce Bush].” The lighthearted banter only added to the charm of their segment.

This weigh-in segment came just a week after Jenna returned to Today after a months-long maternity leave. The former first daughter reunited with Hoda on the NBC set, three months after welcoming her third child, son Henry Harold, with her husband, Henry Hager.
