She recommends keeping the temperature between 60 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit to help your body relax and drift off.

    But it's not just about the physical space. Dr. Phillips also stresses the importance of winding down before bed. "Put away your devices at least an hour before you plan to sleep," she suggests. "The blue light from screens can interfere with your natural sleep rhythms."
