Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne: The Love Story That Stands the Test of Time
Not every marriage is built to last, but when it comes to Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne, it seems they've found the secret to a lifelong connection. Married since 1982, this power couple has weathered the storms of fame, family, and everything in between. Together, they’ve built a life filled with love and laughter, raising three beautiful children—Aimee, 36, Kelly, 34, and Jack, 33. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Kelly Osbourne couldn’t help but express her admiration for the enduring bond her parents share.
“They’re so in love, it’s gross,” Kelly joked during the 71st Emmy Awards Special Press Preview in Los Angeles. Her words paint a picture of a couple whose love is not just strong but also deeply evident in everything they do. And while Kelly herself has faced ups and downs in her own romantic life, she’s taking this time to focus on what truly matters—herself.

Kelly's Journey: Finding Herself After Love
After recently parting ways with her ex-boyfriend Jimmy Q, Kelly is embracing this chapter of her life with open arms and an open heart. “Taking the ‘me’ time,” she says. “I’m not good to anyone unless I’m good to myself first.” It’s a powerful statement, one that resonates with anyone who’s ever felt the need to put themselves first. Kelly’s focus on self-care and personal growth is a testament to her maturity and understanding of what truly matters in life.

But Kelly isn’t just taking a break from love; she’s also gaining a deeper appreciation for what it takes to maintain a healthy relationship. “I think love is a lot of work,” she shared. “It’s a lot of work, and I hope one day I will [find love again]. But [I’m] not saying yes, not saying no.” Her words reflect a balanced perspective, acknowledging the effort and commitment required to build a lasting partnership.
Lessons Learned: Kelly's Past Relationships
In 2013, Kelly found herself at the center of a whirlwind romance when she got engaged to Matthew Mosshart. But just a year later, the couple decided to call off the wedding and go their separate ways. “It was a mutual decision,” she explained to E! News at the time. “We love each other very much. It just wasn’t the right time for us, and I think if we weren’t as mature and adult as we are, then we could have gone down a road that wasn’t really nice.”
“We’re still really, really good friends,” Kelly continued. “It’s just that we’re not living in the same house. There’s no dramatic story. I wish there was so I had something to tell people, but no … It just happens in life.” Her reflections on this experience highlight her ability to navigate relationships with grace and understanding, choosing friendship over drama when the time is right.
