Parenthood has brought an entirely new dimension to their lives, and as the Duke of Sussex recently embarked on his first overseas trip since welcoming their royal son, Sentebale Chairman Johnny Hornby opened up about Harry's newfound dad vibe.
Harry and Meghan: Overjoyed Parents
Speaking to People while Harry, 34, was in Rome for a charity polo match benefiting Sentebale, Johnny shared, “The two of them are just in a state of sheer delight over this birth.” It’s clear that their little bundle of joy has transformed their world. Johnny went on to describe Harry's deep connection with children, noting, “You can tell what an incredible affinity he has for them.”
Johnny also expressed how incredible it’s been to watch Harry’s transition into fatherhood. “He is a magnet for children,” Johnny said with enthusiasm. “I didn’t think he could have appreciated children more than he did before, but I’ve seen a whole new level of involvement with them now that he’s a dad.” It’s truly heartwarming to witness this new chapter in Harry’s life.

Harry's Polo Match and Friends
Also in attendance at the polo match organized by Sentebale — the charity Harry founded in 2006 to support orphans and vulnerable children affected by the HIV and AIDS epidemic in parts of Africa — was Argentine polo player and the duke’s longtime pal Nacho Figueras.
“Nacho met little Archie last week and said that the duke couldn’t take his eyes off of him — nor his hands,” Johnny shared, explaining that he and his wife, Delfina Blaquier, traveled to Windsor to meet little Archie. This meeting was a special moment for everyone involved, highlighting the close-knit circle Harry and Meghan have built around their growing family.
